(6)PokerTree vs Animals(3)
P.Jacques nets goals in both the first and second periods to help lift PokerTree over the 0-2 Animals. PokerTree outscored the Animals 5-2 after two periods before trading third period tallies each. A.Richard scored his clubs fourth tally of the contest which was good enough for the winner and K.Hrivnack did his part between the pipes allowing one goal in every frame.
(1)Bramabulls vs Stealth Assassins(4)
Despite being down after one period, the Stealth Assassins upped their game by netting four unanswered tallies. D.Famulare and S.Minkiewicz each scored in the second period while N.Harvey was able to cap off the night with a pair of third period insurance markers. The Stealth Assassins made sure to press all game long knowing that they would have been able to wear down a shortened line up.
(8)Smooth Sailors vs Myrmidons(4)
For two periods the Myrmidons held their own until running out of gas by the final frame. Up by only one goal, the Smooth Sailors took advantage of the veteran club with three third period tallies. N.Cordeleone and M.Testolina had solid first periods notching two goals a piece and A.Pannunzio was credited the winner with a tally by the two minute mark of the second period. It came in a losing cause but G.Berberyan was a thorn out there posting all four goals for his club.
(2)Smackdaddys vs United Arms(1)
The Smackdaddys struck early and defended till the very end to edge the United Arms. A.Romano got on the board first and S.Euchi followed moments later for a 2-0 Smackdaddys lead. The United Arms tried everything possible to narrow the gap and had to wait until the six minute mark of the third period before M.Batri finally got to S.Morante. The Smackdaddys like to use a full bench and are able to use it properly making it difficult for their opponents to generate goals.
(7)Legacy vs Concept(6)
With the way the game was going from the very beginning, each side knew that this outcome would have been decided till the very end. After exchanging six goals each, E.Girouard had the last word by snapping a 6-6 tie with less than five minutes remaining. For most of the match, Legacy found themselves chasing for an equaliser and finally got there before adding the winner.
(2)Spartans vs Slayers(3)
One solid period wasn’t good enough for the Spartans as the Slayers overcame a 2-0 deficit to take the match. The comeback occurred just passed the mid way point of the game where J.Desmarais put the Slayers on the board. M.Siconolfi helped set up C.Chirola for the equaliser and J.Samaha for the game winner which came by the eight minute mark of the final frame. After letting up two first period tallies, E.Morris stood his ground the rest of the way to earn the victory.

The Boston Pizza player of the night goes to Nick Harvey of the Stealth Assassins. Up 2-1 after two periods, Nick Harvey made sure to secure the win by netting two insurance markers.
