Despite blowing the lead twice, the Animals found a way to end the game strong. While five different players found the back of the net, J.Delli Quadri fed three teammates in which two came by the early stages of the third period. The Myrmidons have been struggling from game one but are at least finding a way to keep the games closer.

Tuesday October 14
(3) Animals vs Smackdaddys(2) O.T
The Smackdaddys had just over a minute to kill when M.Mavroudis put his club in front, instead the Animals evened the score before taking it in overtime. J.Delli Quadri responded shortly after to tie the game and J.Cuscuna was able to win it by netting a sudden death power play marker. The Animals did open the scoring before the Smackdaddys replied with two straight tallies only to drop the contest in a heart breaking manner.
(2)Stealth Assassins vs PokerTree(4)
Quietly under the radar, the PokerTree now find themselves in third place after doubling up on the Stealth Assassins. G.Amorosa had a big third period setting up T.Settino before adding a power play goal extending the lead by three. J.D’Ascanio also had a two point game for the win while T.Karasek was able to do the same for the Stealth Assassins.
(4)Concept vs Bramabulls(5)
It took six games for the Bramabulls to record their first win of the season, and what a result it was as they overcame a three goal deficit to defeat a hot team. With everyone pulling their weight, M.Richard and J.DeSua had big third periods netting goals only two minutes apart giving the Bramabulls their first lead of the night. As for Concept, A.Gentile tallied twice while his captain A.Moffa once again had a big night with three points.
(7)Myrmidons vs United Arms(3)
The drought finally came to an end on Tuesday night for the Myrmidons. Newly added G.Gaitanis made an immediate impact as the veteran notched a pair of tallies while setting up two second period markers. The Myrmidons captain L.Hondronicolas did the same by also finishing with four points. This result now puts the Myrmidons in a three way tie where they hope to capture that final tenth spot.
(8)Slayers vs Smooth Sailors(3)
With plenty of pride on the line, the Slayers just finished proving to everyone that they are the team to beat. After defeating the undefeated Smooth Sailors, the Slayers now occupy first place in a very competitive division. K.Arsenault and J.Velenosi had multi goal games and E.Morris did his part limiting the Smooth Sailors to only one goal per period.
(4)Legacy vs Spartans(6)
Each side decided to open it up in the third period where the Spartans won the frame 4-3.The Spartans pulled away with three straight goals less than four minutes apart before Legacy tried to make a game of it. G.Tsolis nodded his second for the win that included the winner and G.Voulumanos made sure to secure the victory by adding an insurance marker. As for Legacy, J.Rochon and Payam Assadi each scored twice while D.Hill participated in all four goals.

The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Louie Hondronicolas. The Myrmidons captain helped give his team their first win of the season after netting two goals and two assists versus the United Arms.
