(5)Fat Cats vs Lumberjacks(3)

F.Gentile scores hat trick, Fat Cats use timely power play goals to beat Lumberjacks

F.Gentile scored three goals as of the second period and the Fat Cats used two power play markers to hold on to a 5-3 win over the Lumberjacks. It looked like a defensive battle at first, with no one able to get on board in the opening frame .But that changed by the three minute mark of the second period where F.Gentile notched back to back tallies in just over four minutes. The Lumberjacks responded late in the frame thanks to a goal by P.Younes that cut the lead in half. However, the third period sided with the Fat Cats once more despite E.Salhany tying the game early on for the Lumberjacks. M.Elfassy immediately struck twice and F.Gentile was able to complete his hat trick moments later to secure the win for the Fat Cats.

(6)Les Agents Libre vs Venom(5) O.T

T.Oliveira ties it late and wins it in overtime

T.Oliveira scored two timely goals to lift his club past Venom on Wednesday night. With the game winding down, Oliveira benefited- from a late power play opportunity to level the game at five goals apiece. If that wasn't clutch enough to salvage the game, T.Oliveira brought it a step further, this time winning it just over a minute into the sudden death frame where he collected his fourth point of the night. Les Agents Libre defeated a team with plenty of fire power up front. Although it didn't come easy, the end result was still there which will only make them better over the course of the season. B.Bentivegna chipped in with a pair while R.Estrela helped set up three different teammates.

(8)Primetime vs Les Raymonds(4)

Primetime rally with four third period goals to double up Les Raymonds

It wasn't always pretty but Primetime found a way to take care of business vs Les Raymonds. This match looked like it should have been close the way the first period ended with both sides playing to a 2-2 tie. Then, in the span of only five minutes, Les Raymonds struck twice and appeared to be in total control grabbing a 4-2 lead. Unfortunately and for whatever reason, things went completely downhill-from that point on. Primetime slowly crawled back into the game bagging two goals before the period ended. That left the contest up for grabs which remained tilted to only one side. D.Zabitsky had just evened the score late in the second period and was the first player to strike by the third giving Primetime a 5-4 lead. It was by then that Les Raymonds couldn't keep up anymore giving up three more markers .Zabitsky used a power play marker to complete his hat trick while T.Sourios capped off the night with a late power play marker in an impressive five point night.

(6)Horsemen vs Bramabulls(4)

Bramabulls allow six straight goals after grabbing 3-0 lead

After falling behind 3-0, the Horsemen went ahead in wild style and stayed ahead. The madness began late in the opening frame when P.Sidhom finally got the Horsemen on board. M.Kardum had tied the game right after his captain V.Pandza cut the lead by one with both goals coming early in the second period. Then, for the first time in the match, the Horsemen finally got their lead courtesy of P.Sidhom's second of the contest. That was just the beginning of a third period rampage where C.Doulis and T.Mader each tallied to complete a remarkable comeback. The Bramabulls may have had a good start but ended off the night with a bitter taste in their mouth. For the line-up they have, giving up six straight goals is something that A.DiPerna shouldn't accept and needs to address to his teammates for the meltdown.

(3)Hellfish vs Deadlast(4)

Deadlast race out to early lead, hang on for close win

It's a good thing that Deadlast jumped off to a 3-0 lead after only six minutes into the game. Unless it was in their game plan to just hang back and hope to kill the clock, than they did what they needed to do because if not, the Hellfish were breathing down their necks for nearly the entire game .Both sides didn't rely on any heroes on this night as no one was able to score more than once. The Hellfish battled extremely hard to bounce back into the match and did so late in the second period where S.Monnet and M.Kardum each scored to pull their team within one. Leaving still fifteen minutes of play on the clock, the third period went on a dry scoring spell. Deadlast didn't mind it so much as they simply played to protect their lead and did a fine job of it largely due to A.Kakivelis's splendid goaltending.

The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Tyson Oliveira of Les Agents Libre. The skilled forward rescued his club by using a late power play goal to force the game into overtime where he wasn't done yet by posting the winner as well.
