(4)Les Rouuuges vs Mighty Drunks(8)
Y.Dube and Mighty Drunks pull away late for double up win
Like a lingering cold, Les Rouuuges just wouldn't go away. The Mighty Drunks felt that they couldn't let go of a given situation presented in front of them. By having pretty much all of their players versus a side that barely had change ups, it was only normal that they felt confident for the win. However, this contest was far-from convincing. It took a third period surge for Mighty Drunks to distance themselves. Y.Dube was one of a few pieces that made it happen as the sniper struck once in every frame to record a hat trick. Next in line saw M.Beaudry bury a pair as a defenseman, but what made this game memorable was that all of Les Rouuuuges's four goals belonged to A.Henein, who also played as a d-man.
(3)Chaos vs Carnage(9)
Carnage blast Chaos with third period onslaught
For two straight periods, the game looked promising for Chaos. They went ahead 3-2, and had the chance to double the lead only to give up a shorthanded goal instead. Still, things were fine up until the third period began. Then, the flood gates open, and Carnage just kept piling on the goals. Six of their nine tallies came in the final frame alone with the captain F.Pace striking twice along with S.Azzi posting his second while setting up four different teammates. It's been somewhat of Chaos's theme this season to battle hard in the beginning but not able to sustain enough of a pace for the duration of the match. Despite the loss, B.Elbaz, M.Roach and D.Elbaz did most of the damage combining for seven points.
The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Steve Azzi of Carnage. While most of Carnage's players chipped in with a point or two, S.Azzi was way ahead of everyone accumulating six that included a pair of markers.
