It took only two scorers along with a collective team effort from the Billionaires as they just snuck by the French Connection. Despite being down by a pair, the Billionaires just kept on working and it paid off in the end as a late tally from B.Marsillo decided the outcome with only two minutes remaining in the game. Marsillo scored twice in the third period right after his captain S.Bordonaro struck twice in the second frame putting his club in a good position heading into the final 15 minutes. The French Connection had the better start and never once trailed up until the mid way mark of the third period.

The Eagles are starting to slowly show that there deceptive record isn’t reflective of what they are capable of. Tonight, they showed Carnage that they can play with them and did a fine job from start to finish keeping their opponents in check. After notching the games opening goal, C.Gagnon-Ethier may have netted the games most important tally that came on the power play for a 3-2 Eagles lead. The Eagles scored two more times before the end of the second frame, and C.Gagnon-Ethier was able to add another tally in an empty cage to complete his hat trick.
(8)Tutto Fumo vs A-Team(0)
Usually, an 8-0 game doesn’t imply the importance of goaltending but Tutto Fumo needed their net minder to make some big saves. P.Delarosbil frustrated the A-Team on several occasions and kept a clean sheet after denying over 32 shots. Tutto Fumo may lack in the speed department but compensate with the experience that they have as many of their players chipped in for a successful result. B.Sansotta led the way with a hat trick, and J.DeSua came next in line netting two behind the A-Teams net minder.

The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Charles Gagnon-Ethier of the Eagles. His three goals was a big reason why the Eagles got the better of Carnage on Thursday night.
