Six different goal scorers help United Arms double up Faceless

Six goals in a game are plenty but the United Arms only got going as of the six minute mark of the second period. A.Melkonian set up two teammates before adding a late second period goal for a 3-1 lead. What also hurt Faceless was when A.Tachejian widened the margin with a player less. Faceless then responded with the next two goals with S.DelGaudio’s second but it was a close as it got. G.Jerjian capped of the night scoring in an empty cage. K.Haratounian rejected 20 of 23 shots to help improve the United Arms to a 4-2 record.

(2)Park Avenue vs Tropics(4)

V.Crivello caps 4 goal night with incredible effort

It was the V.Crivello show on Wednesday night as the Tropics doubled up Park Avenue. Crivello scored all four goals in the win, including at least one in every period. Park Avenue did act first when P.Nakhle beat A.Boulieri mid way in the first period. The Tropics got their scoring done late in the same frame and added two straight markers before E.Girouard narrowed the gap for the Park Avenue. Each net minder were very busy facing close to 30 shots. A.Boulieri got the win over Pedram Assadi who just finished playing his first of two games on the night.

Punishers take advantage of tired group

Well rested for their game, the Punishers overpowered the Park Avenue. P.Karvouriaris got the ball rolling with the Punishers first two goals, then four different players continued the onslaught en route to a 6-3 victory. Three straight tallies were set up by C.Gagnon, all coming by the second period. In the loss, E.Girouard did his usual putting at least two behind the opposing net minder. The Punishers don’t have the most goals or the best defense but occupy first place of the division with 15 points.

The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Vincent Crivello of the Tropics. In a 4-2 win over Park Avenue, V.Crivello scored all of his teams goals.
