Five Hole For Food Sets Biggest Goal to Date: 250,000 pounds of Food for Local Food Banks
Coast-to-coast tour began July 3 in St. John’s, Newfoundland
Five Hole for Food (FHFF) set off July 3 on its fourth road trip, which began in St. John’s, N.L., to tackle hunger. This year’s 17-day tour will stop in 13 cities to play hockey for food. It will cover more than 11,000 kilometres and aims to collect the equivalent of 250,000 pounds of food in support of Canadian food banks. Canadian Ball Hockey Association supports FHFF's efforts and encourages all players in one of the cities holding an event to join the movement and play Hockey For Food!
