The Laval Legacy came short in their 1-0 loss to the Kamloops Black Jacks on Sunday evening. After storming through the round robin stage with a perfect 4-0 record and defeating the New Found land Shop wins 1-0 in their semi final match up, only one thing was left to accomplish, and that was to take it all. Unfortunately, the fire power was limited as nobody was able to score at least once. Costa Stavriadis was brilliant throughout the entire tournament and was just as stellar in the final conceding one only tally. Frustrated to get their offence going, the Laval Legacy had to settle for silver at the C Nationals. The troops expected nothing less than a gold medal prior to the event, but shouldn’t keep their heads down after getting this close. Plenty of time and effort went into making this possible.Hockeyballe.com would like to thank some of the leaders and the rest of the line up for re presenting the Quebec Ball hockey Association. George Panagiotopoulos, Payam Assadi and Tasso Bozinakis are just to name a few.
