Men’s National Team Announcement

VANCOUVER, BC – The Canadian Ball Hockey Association and its High Performance Family announced Wednesday the first eleven of Canada’s best men’s ball hockey players and seven staff are preparing their venture to the 10th World Ball Hockey Championships from June 2- 9, 2013 being hosted on Canadian soil in St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador.

Team Canada staff was very busy in 2011 and 2012 scouting various events held across Canada. This attention to detail and pursuit of excellence has led to Canada’s Men’s National Ball Hockey program in winning the four out of the last six World Championships and building toward our quest to win the 2013 event in St. John’s.

“On behalf of the Canadian Ball Hockey Association, I would like to congratulate the players and staff named today, along with their provincial associations, leagues, club teams, families, coaches and officials who have helped them along the way,” said Shelley Callaghan, CBHA President.
