(7)Bramabulls vs Carnage (3)
Bramabulls use late second period bombardment to top Carnage
For the most part, Carnage appeared to be up for the task playing with the lead while showing plenty of determination for nearly two periods. That was up until the Bramabulls used the last five minutes of the second period to turn things around on three consecutive goals. The Bramabulls were led as usual by some of their big guns as J.Palmitano, B.Sansotta and M.Maggiore each scored twice. R.DiMarco did give some hope after riffling his second goal and third point on the power play for Carnage. Unfortunately, a two goal deficit-from that point on was too much of a hill to climb against a stubborn Bramabulls defence and solid net minder in G.Follano.
(10)Mighty Drunks vs Knights (8)
Nines are wild in high scoring affair
It's not often players on opposite sides complement each other on an individual scoring fest. M.Pinheiro of the Mighty Drunks and S.St-Louis of the Knights had two things in common after it was all said and done. Both players were able to hit their targets five times while carrying the same number nine behind their shirts. And while the two were significant for their team's offense, the Mighty Drunks had that little extra on the side to get them over the top. In addition to Pinheiro's output, the Mighty Drunks also had Y.Dube cause fits for the opposing net minder. The skilled forward used three straight goals at key moments during the match to edge out the Knights.
The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Mike Maggiore of the Bramabulls. After a slow start to their night, M.Maggiore took charge mounting the comeback on three straight points that included two goals.

(2)Mighty Drunks vs Bramabulls (4)
Early start not enough for Bramabulls to put the game away, need strong third period.
A strong start to game put the Bramabulls in a very good position going into the second period. G. Nehme and M. Testolina each took advantage of the opposition to find the back of the net. As the game progressed the Mighty Drunks made sure to remind everyone the game is not over until the final buzzer as they got some much needed offensive help from Y. Dube and P. Paikopoulos. It was only a matter of time for the Bramabulls offensive weapons to wake up and retake control and strong play from G. Follano to shut the door the rest of the way.
(2)Knights vs Carnage (7)
Carnage takes advantage of the Knights short bench to a commanding lead.
From the start of the game captain F. Pace had a strong game plan in mind to make sure to tire the opponents bench as they were short handed. Once a commanding lead was taken it was to make sure Carnage did not take off their foot off the pedal. As Carnage took a small break of their game plan in the second the Knights fought back into it with goals by R. Kilgour and S. St Louis. While on the other side J. DiMarco took care of the majority of the damage scoring three goals.
The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Joey DiMarco of Carnage. The skilled forward found the back of the net three times tonight and made sure to cut any possibility of the other team of finding life.
