Furious comeback win by Team Yellow leaves Team White stunned

Once Team Yellow finally cracked their oppositions defense, the game turned in a hurry. An outburst of five consecutive goals in only 20 minutes including overtime brought Team Yellow back-from a 5-1 deficit to an incredible 6-5 victory. It looked bleak for Team Yellow after giving up four straight goals in the first 21 minutes. J.Melo helped bridge the gap by riffling a pair. From there, Team Yellow started to pick up some confidence knowing that there was more than enough time to claw back into the game. With T.Scarpelli eventually narrowing the gap by one, this contest was now up for grabs. Its as if Team White had no solutions on how to adjust to what was going on. They couldn’t get that next goal or prevent any more-from going in which led to E.Colella tying the game with only five minutes to go. Usually when a team goes on a run the way Team Yellow did with overtime looming, the momentum tends to favor them. And that was exactly the case with E.Colella ending it his way on his patented slap shot that found its way through.

The SalumiVino player of the game goes to Eddy Colella of Team Yellow. As part of their remarkable comeback, E.Colella used two timely goals, the equalizer and the sudden death winner to overcome it.

Team Green stampede over struggling Team Red

They just cant seem to find a way on how to prevent goals-from going in. Of course teams will allow goals during a game and sometimes you will have that bad night or two, but it seems to be a re occurring theme for Team Red as they have no solutions on how to defend properly. Sure they can score and generate some offense, especially with a T.Settino and a C.Arnoldo in your line up as both players shared two goals each while combining for seven points. But unless you tighten the screws the other way, these results have now come to be expected for the struggling side. Team Green exploited their oppositions weakness early enough scoring seven times in the first 21 minutes alone. Much of the offense was evenly spread. C.Stamadianos did lead the charge on a hat trick, D.Agourias notched a pair and P.Santullo did the same while setting up three goals.

Team Black leave Team Blue in dust early

Considering how well Team Blue played last week, no one would have predicted a total meltdown only a week-from then. Goals only came-from one side of the court ten straight times before Team Blue got some shed of light during this contest. Up until that point, Team Blue had no breaks having to dwell through a difficult stretch. Its hard for teams to try and play collectively as a group when nothing is going your way. By trying to play some catch up, Team Blue opened the lanes wide open for Team Black to capitalise. Some of the usual suspects were expected to get involved on the score sheet. P.Petraccione, J.Tersei and R.Potenza made their usual impact combining for 14 points.

The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Pat Petraccione of Team Black. His immediate influence on the game propelled Team Black to a lopsided easy win over Team Blue.
