D.Verta was the root for most of the problems towards Black as the skilled d-man set up the Brewers first four goals to help claim the result. Apart from M.Cohen's two tallies, the Brewers spread out their offence and defended very well up until the final frame where they gave up two markers. G.Platanitis was the net-minder to earn the win facing up to 25 shots.
(3)Werewolves vs Franklin Empire(7)
The Werewolves will be searching for answers after getting out classed by the Franklin Empire. In all three periods, the Franklin Empire were able to win the frames getting a hard balanced effort from everyone. With no answers for A.Emond, the brilliant forward was a constant thorn finishing with six points that included two tallies. M.Gaudreault had a stellar game as well netting a pair in a four point performance giving his club a fourth win in nine games as one of only two teams to defeat the Werewolves.
(5)Punishers vs MoneyShot(3)
Still going strong, the Punishers improve to a 6-3 record after defeating the Money Shot on Tuesday night. K.Tsoukalas's late first period short handed marker put the Punishers in front 2-0 which may have hurt the Money Shot in the end. Both sides ended up trading the same amount of goals in the last two periods which ultimately favoured the Punishers to capture the result.
(0)Le Balthazar vs Primetime(4)
Primetime tallied in every frame and defended perfectly to shut out Le Balthazar. C.Dapoulias was the most effective player participating in all four goals that included a hat trick by the early stages of the final frame. Le Balthazar attempted 25 shots on J-M.Greeley but weren’t able to figure out the solid net-minder on this particular night.

Wednesday April 9
(4)Steelers vs Money Shot(3)
On two occasions the Steelers managed to tie the game before winning it in a shootout. N.Macrozonaris and S.Bokolos notched the shootout tallies for the Steelers while R.Montinaro was the lone successful shooter for the Money Shot. S.Brown was a big reason for the positive result as the solid net-minder dominated his crease with a brilliant performance.
(1)Golden Nuggets vs Tyrants(10)
The Tyrants surge with plenty of offence and crush the Golden Nuggets in this one sided battle. J-R.Lamourue, T.Rokas and T.Mardakis all had two goals while J.AuYeung allowed only A.Seguin to beat him. The Tyrants may sit in the middle of the pack but look like a potential squad to cause some surprises in the post season.
(6)Blackhawks vs Fat Cats(5) O.T
The Blackhawks just seem to like playing run and gun style hockey as they edge the Fat Cats in overtime. This contest went back and forth that saw the Fat Cats dominate the opening frame 3-1, drop the second period by a landslide of four straight tallies before regaining the momentum by the third riffling a pair to force the overtime period. The Blackhawks had the misery of dealing with P.Nadeau all night who was able to bag an impressive four goals while adding a helper on E.Panzera's tally. Despite all that good production, P.Lacoste had the final say netting the sudden death winner by the four minute mark of overtime. B.Cheron helped get the Blackhawks far as the solid forward buried three tallies to complete his hat trick.
(5)Hellfish vs Buckshots(4) O.T
With performances like this one, the Hellfish look like they'll be in form moving forward. The Hellfish worked their power play scoring twice with the man advantage that included D.Ugaldez's second of the night late in the match. The Buckshots held in there for most of the night but couldn't keep pace by the final frame where the Hellfish tallied two in a row before C.Vorias closed off the match for the Buckshots with his second very late in the contest.
(7)Horsemen vs Punishers(9)
It wasn't your typical result but the Punishers will be glad to take it as they bank three more points to the standings. While P.Rigopoulos decided to be the set up man with four helpers, C.Gagnon played a different role netting four tallies that included two very key late in the game. The Horsemen started off better up 2-0 after one period and got two goal performances from both F.Meunier and E.Mantis.
