(1)Latin Blue vs Les Camarades(3)
Having to dress a player in nets, Latin Blue started off bad allowing a team goal for delay of game but put up a good challenge anyway. Les Camarades really got going in the second period getting goals from D.Marcotte and F.Dubreuil and kept Latin Blue off the score sheet until M.Latreille cracked the shutout with less than three minutes remaining. Despite not being a regular net-minder, Derek Taylor did an exceptional job allowing only two tallies while J-F.Simard was slightly better nearly recording a shutout for Les Camarades.
(4)Wild Goats vs Smackdaddys(2)
It happened late but the Wild Goats surged with offence to double up the Smackdaddys. Down 2-1 after two frames, P.Arkalis, G.Tsolis and A.Kobayati all added third period markers to upset their opponents. What makes this result more frustrating for the Smackdaddys was that it happened versus a squad with only one change up in their line up. C.Stavriadis had to be very good in nets by allowing only A.Fritz to beat him while the other tally was due to a team goal for lateness.
(7)Dark Warriors vs Les Camarades(2)
Les Camarades are glad to have captured a win earlier on versus Latin Blue as this match had a different out come. Already with an impressive roster, the Dark Warriors took advantage twice on the power play and managed a short handed tally as well to rout their opponents. E.Mavroudis lit it up on three occasions and D.Hill notched a pair to help isolate second spot for the Dark Warriors.
(6)Bloodhounds vs Venom(3)
Marco Diaco turns the tides as the Bloodhounds oust Venom. The power forward struck twice by the second period to complete his hat trick and give the Bloodhounds a 4-2 lead after two frames. That momentum carried over in the final period where J.Continelli and F.Siconolfi each tallied for a four goal cushion before K.Araujo responded very late for Venom.
(3)United Sharks vs The Animals(3) S.O
Both teams tried their luck in overtime and in the shootout but failed to solve the stubborn net-minding of G.Follano and J.Camastra. The Animals got goals in every frame by their captain A.Camastra, J.Cuscuna and M.Zollo to beat G.Follano while A.Papazian, J.Eid and T.Apanian all found the back of the net for the United Sharks getting the better of J.Camastra. This came as a huge result for the Animals as they still have a shot of making the playoffs.
(0)Bloodhounds vs Slayers(4)
The Bloodhounds faced a tall order and failed to answer the bell versus the top dogs of the division. The Slayers took immediate advantage scoring twice in the opening frame. After playing to a scoreless second period, J.Samaha and J.DelTorto each buried their second of the contest to put the match away resulting in a 30 save shutout performance by E.Morris.
