J.Provost-Blais leads the Generals to a 7-0 rout of the Hustlers. The cardio machine started the night strong posting a power play goal before adding three more tallies in a five point night. The Generals scored three times in the first, three in the second and ended the night early when Provost-Blais scored his second power play goal early in the third. The Hustlers knew they didn’t have any sort of chance with only seven players trying to score on M.Gallant. Out of their seven goals scored, only two players found the back of the net for the Generals, the other player being J.Bradley who notched three passed P.Blais.

Wednesday March 18

One loss in twelve games will have the Generals expect nothing less than glory. The division champs defeated their rival and hoped to send a message that they will be the front runners moving forward. S.Contant-Leclerc lifted his club on top netting the winner after his club led 2-0 after one period. J.Paradis and J.Bradley combined for four points and will be important pieces to the puzzle if the Generals do capture the Premier division championship.

Back to back games with no breaks didn't stop Red Lite from getting it done versus their other rival. Red Lite notched two quick goals early on from O.Grenier and M.Frechette and led all game long despite giving up one tally. P.Musto was the lone Knight to solve S.Beauchamps who rebounded well making 17 saves.
(2)Hustlers vs Royal Flush(6)
The Royal Flush had six different players score and will hope to get balanced efforts from everyone if they hope to get any sort of playoff success. The match only shifted by the third where  the Royal Flush won the one sided battle 4-1.A.Mirolla produced the most points with three that included the game winning assist on P.Bibeau's marker.

The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Joel Provost-Blais. In Tuesdays win over the Hustlers, Provost-Blais was unstoppable generating four goals and a helper.

Tuesday March 30
(10)Royal Flush vs Black Knights(3)
If the Royal Flush wanted to avoid an extra playoff round, than they showed how determined they were versus the Black Knights. After trading a pair of first period goals, the Royal Flush kept on the pressure and got two big tallies from P.Bibeau before running away with the contest by the third. S.Lajeunesse helped put the game in one direction with three consecutive third period assists that saw E.Bastos riffle his second of the night.

This win jumps the Royal Flush into third place where they’ll go up against the very same Black Knights. The other semi final match up will have the first place Generals take on the winner of Red Lite versus the Hustlers. That game will be played on Wednesday April 1 at 8:30.As for the B conference, game 1 between the All Blacks and Rated will follow at 9:30 in a best of three series. The Capitals will need to patiently wait and see who they’ll face in the finals for capturing top spot of the B conference.
