(3)Horsemen vs Tyrants(2) F1
It was all or nothing for both sides, but when it was said and done, the Horsemen did just enough to get passed the Tyrants. Only one goal separated both clubs as a third period tally from S.Giannakis held up for the game winner. B.Rubino scored once and added the helper for the game winning goal, V.Pandza notched the Horsemen other marker and M.Vinciguerre was stellar between the pipes to earn the win.

This win puts the Horsemen through to the semi finals where they will have their hands full versus TANK. The other semi final match up will feature the defending champs Buckshots as they look to continue their quest for a repeat against the Werewolves.

F2 Semi Finals
(3)Fat Cats vs Infiniti/Park Avenue(11) Game 2
Far from the way things went in their last meeting, Infiniti/Park Avenue toppled the Fat Cats by a landslide. Already up 5-1 after one period, the Infiniti/Park Avenue fed off their momentum adding three more goals per frame. S.Robineault found the back of the net four times, and Y.Gazura along with E.Girouard faired well posting a pair of markers each.
(2)Hellfish vs Punishers(2) Game 2
It wasn’t pretty, but it was just enough as the Punishers eliminate the Hellfish on a draw. The Punishers had to depend on their special teams to get it done notching two power play goals in the second period from M.Goodz and C.Gagnon. That sequence put the division leaders up 2-1 for nearly half the game until J.Rodriguez struck for the equaliser. It may have come a little too late but the Hellfish do have plenty to feel good about as they gave a solid opponent a real run for their money.

The Punishers and the Infiniti/Park Avenue will meet in the finals. Each side have the fire power to score plenty of goals which can only suggest who will defend better in order to take it all.

(7)Steelers vs Whalers(5)
C.Retsinas shows once again what a huge piece to the puzzle he is for the Steelers. The talented forward was simply unstoppable bagging four consecutive goals giving his club a 5-4 lead after two periods. However, this game wasn’t over just yet as C.Petrakos came up just as strong riffling back to back third period tallies making sure the Steelers are good for another week of hockey.
(3)Brewers vs Primetime(5) S.O
Despite a solid third period effort, the Brewers fall short in a shootout. E.Kavaldjian and A.DelVasto scored in the shootout, and Primetime outlasted the Brewers for a 5-3 win on Wednesday night. A.Kavaldjian scored twice for Primetime, but didn’t select himself as one of the shooters as did E.Pellerin for the Brewers who also had a two goal night.
(1)Ducks vs NWV(8)
The Ducks didn’t help their cause by giving up three short handed markers. Despite taking plenty of penalties, NWV weren’t phased posting six straight tallies before the Ducks finally got on the board. M.Hadjar made the score 5-0 with his second of the night ,and A.Hakim made sure to put the game to rest by adding back to back tallies.
(8)Kennedy Crew vs Chaos(1)
The Kennedy Crew advance with a decisive 8-1 win over Chaos on Tuesday night. After getting on the scoreboard first, M.Nalbandian added two more tallies finishing with a hat trick while A.Kalaydjian and N.Kokovidis weren’t far behind netting a pair of markers each. Entering as favourites, the Kennedy Crew showed no signs of weakness and will hope to carry their good habits moving forward.

Four teams are now left and will resume play in next week’s semi final round. The match ups are as follows:
