(10)TANK vs Horsemen(3) Game 1
It all happened very fast as TANK piled on the goals in a 10-3 rout of the Horsemen. Once the four minute mark of the second period hit, the goals came in bunches that saw A.Jalilvand score twice before M.Latreille duplicated his performance by the third. Y.Gazura and Latreille shared the same amount of assists with four each, and Tank will look to their good players next week to do the same as they look to sweep the series in two games.
(3)Buckshots vs Werewolves(3) Game 1
Still going strong, and very effective, A.Zarzour frustrates the Buckshots in the opening game. The veteran was involved in all three goals for the Werewolves that included a late power play tally to even the score at three goals a piece. The Buckshots started off better and led by two goals on two occasions before letting the draw spoil their night.

(9)Punishers vs Infiniti/Park Avenue(7) Game 1
The idea of playing tight defence doesn’t appear to be in the dna of both these clubs. However, they do have the artillery to produce plenty of goals as each side went on a scoring battle to see who would tally the most. The Punishers had the better start and used it to their advantage despite letting go a little late in the game. T.Karvouriaris was influential posting four goals in the win while M.Latreille was the most productive for Infiniti/Park Avenue accumulating four points.

(3)Steelers vs Primetime(3) Game 1
They looked to be down and out but the Steelers fought back in the third to even the score at three goals a piece. Down by a pair, A.Malek reduced the margin by one and V.Agridiotis was able to even the score by taking advantage of a power play opportunity. The Steelers struck twice with their five man unit on both occasions while Primetime scored once on their power play thanks to a goal from A.DelVasto.
(5)Kennedy Crew vs NWV(4) Game 1
The Kennedy Crew looked to be contained for most of the night but that changed in the third period where they surged three goals to defeat the NWV. J.Tzanetakos snapped a 4-all tie when he scored with less than three minutes remaining in the contest. Unlike the NWV where D.Gentile did most of the damage netting a hat trick, the Kennedy Crew depended on balance scoring as five different players’s found the back of the net.

The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Peter Karvouriaris of the Punishers. The talented forward produced four goals and an assist to help lead his team to a wild 9-7 win over Infiniti/Park Avenue.
