Captain Joey D`Amico leads Quebec Masters to comeback victory`

Throughout most of the first period, the Quebec Masters looked all but dead in the water. They trailed 2-0 and couldn't seem to get anything going. J.D`Amico sliced the deficit by one and all of a sudden the bench felt a surge of life with plenty of hockey left over. It took some time but the equaliser eventually came courtesy of R.Morne. By that point, both sides had a whole period remaining to put everything on the line. The problem for the United Armenians was that they were stuck taking a trip to the penalty box that gave more than enough time for the Quebec Masters to do damage. And within a few moments, the opportunity was seized once more by the very same player. J.D'Amico made his shot count for a second time on the man advantage that finally put his club ahead for good. M.Wolfe followed up with an insurance marker, and C.Farion took care of the rest shutting the door shut. Despite the loss, the United Armenians can always seem to rely on the Jerjian brothers as Hovig and Garo continue to impress collecting two points each.

Punishers ride 4 second period goals past Capitals

Despite losing the first and third period, the Punishers needed all but one frame to take care of the Capitals on Tuesday night. Not needing to rely on anyone in particular, scoring efforts came-from four different players. C.Gingras snapped a 1-1 tie, but it was T.Bozinakis's marker minutes later that held up for the winner. This game was another example that the Capitals will need to address a specific issue. And while they have the talent, the body count hasn't been there. There two lines versus the Punishers three lines was perhaps the reason why they couldn't keep up.

Black Knights survive late scare-from GK comeback

It started out ok as the Black Knights led 2-1 after one period on goals-from W.Ozair and J.Gagne. They then upped that lead in the second frame where they over powered the GK with four goals. However, the third period was a complete melt down allowing the GK to storm back and make a game of it. It seems no matter how well you can play for a long period of time, it just doesn't matter when going up against GK. Fortunately the Black Knights built enough of a cushion to get the slight edge in the end en route to a 6-5 victory. D.Desmarais got credited the winner while J.Gagne and W.Ozair each had three points. As for GK, it came to no one's surprise that K.Kuczmarski was once again a force bagging two goals and a pair of helpers.

(3)Bengals HC vs River Rats(3) S.O

River Rats rally to settle for draw with Bengals HC

The River Rats knew it was only a matter of time until their relentless offense would eventually break through and overcome a two goal deficit. When M.Richards scored on feeds-from J.Lulic and M.Argiris to cut the lead in half, the same trio was not to be denied for a second time. M.Richrads scored both goals and the River Rats had plenty of time to ride their momentum throughout the third period. But the Bengals weren't impressed as they simply returned to basics keeping the game idle until they seized some chances. However, with both sides unable to solve the net minders, a shootout was the only resort for a potential winner. And even at that, neither side was able to prevail despite trading a goal each in the breakaways. The River Rats sent their captain M.Richards, who once again got the better of S.Hasan. As for the Bengals, HC S.Mian was the only player to solve M.Gauvreau. The Bengals HC got their goal scoring done-from S.Ahmed and R.Modi with the games first two goals of the match.
