(3)Punishers vs United Armenians (2) O.T
Keyed by late rally, Punishers top United Armenians in overtime
The Punishers had a flair for dramatics on Monday night. Just when it looked like the clash against the United Armenians was over, the Punishers came alive late in the game to level. C.Gingras rescued his club in the dying moments before setting up K.Tsoukalas barely a minute into overtime. Throughout most of the match, the United Armenians stuck to their game plan. K.Koutsogiannopoulos opened the scoring followed with a late first period marker by A.Melkonian. That lead forced the Punishers to make changes in their game in hopes of bouncing back. And after finally getting to G.Follano late in the second period, the door was now open for a comeback. The unfortunate part of the United Armenians was that they couldn't bleed out the clock long enough.
The SalumiVino player of the night goes to K.Tsoukalas of the Punishers. By finding himself at the right spot, K.Tsoukalas helped complete a nice comeback by netting the sudden death winner.

(3)GK Lite vs River Rats(2) S.O
K.Kuczmarski, money player for GK Lite
Weather it's during the game or in a shootout, K.Kuczmarski will hurt you either way. There aren't many players who make it a regularity to make a difference game in and game out, but it's safe to say that K.Kuczmarski represents the few. Tonight's case was just another example of him influencing the match in a big way. After setting up S.Hrivnak, the dynamic forward showed off his skills once more in the shootout as only player to solve the net minders. The River Rats had to battle twice to tie the game with goals coming-from C.Crialese. While he was the only player to find the back of the net for the River Rats so was S.Hrivnak for the GK Lite, who struck both times in the win. M.Fortin faced 18 shots and denied three shootout attempts to get the better of his counterpart M.Gauvreau.
The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Mathieu Fortin of the GK Lite. By not only maintaining the lead for the GK Lite, the net minder stole the show in the shootout stopping all three breakaway attempts.

(5)Quebec Masters vs Bengals HC(2)
Bengals HC overpowered by Quebec Masters
In a game where the Quebec Masters never lost the lead, the Bengals HC found themselves out powered and fell by a 5-2 score. That being said most of the action did occur in the second half of the game where things started to shift towards the Quebec Masters favour. Scoring efforts came-from five different players with J.Lulic credited the winner. The Bengals HC realised how difficult it was to rebound against a team that knows how to manage a lead. With that much experience, the Quebec Masters know how to address their priorities. S.Lion couldn't be happier with a better defence in front of him. Knowing that his main focus was to stop the initial shot, S.Lion was confident that a rebound opportunity was highly unlikely. R.Modi ,P.DiGiacomo and J.Morina clicked on both goals for the Bengals HC. The other four tallies for the Quebec Masters came courtesy of R.Rourke, J.Correa, F.D'Alphana and S.Morello.
The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Stephane Lion of the Quebec Masters. The goaltender never put his club in a bind by making the key and necessary saves en route to a 12 save victory.
