D. Mandracchia, whose playmaking wizardry was on full display as he notched an incredible five assists, setting up his teammates with scoring opportunities time and time again. Mandracchia's vision and creativity carved open the Fatal Demons' defense, creating havoc and chaos in their defensive zone. While the Armadillos' offense dazzled, their defense stood tall, anchored by the stellar performance of A. Ekonomakis between the pipes. Ekonomakis proved to be a formidable presence in net, turning aside shots with confidence and poise, frustrating the Fatal Demons' attempts to claw their way back into the game. But it wasn't just individual brilliance that propelled the Armadillos to victory. The entire team showed up with a collective determination and unity, executing their game plan to perfection and providing unwavering support for each other on both ends of the rink.

The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Manny Arkalis of the Armadillos. From-the opening faceoff to the final buzzer, M.Arkalis was a constant thorn in the side of the Fatal Demons, showcasing his exceptional talent and hockey IQ at every opportunity. His ability to find open space, read the play, and capitalize on scoring chances made him a nightmare for the opposing defense, as he repeatedly found the back of the net with pinpoint precision. As a result, M.Arkalis left an indelible mark accumulating an impressive seven points.

As the semi final rounds comes to an end, all eyes turn to the highly anticipated showdown between the Generals and the Armadillos in the D Thursday Division final. Both teams have showcased their dominance throughout the postseason, setting the stage for what promises to be an electrifying battle. The Generals enter the final with a reputation for possessing a lethal power play, capable of dismantling even the most formidable of defenses with their precision passing and sharp shooting. Led by a roster brimming with skilled players such as K.Kuczmarski and J.Brunet just to name a few, the Generals present a formidable challenge for any opponent, as they possess the ability to capitalize on scoring chances with ruthless efficiency. On the other side of the court, the Armadillos boast a well-rounded and deep line-up, with barely any flaws to exploit. Their strength lies in their versatility and collective cohesion, as every player on the roster contributes to their success in both ends of the rink. With a balanced attack and a disciplined defensive unit, the Armadillos have proven themselves to be a force to be reckoned with, capable of grinding out hard-fought victories against even the toughest of opponents, especially with A.Ekonomakis guarding the cage. In a matchup that promises to be nothing short of epic, the Generals and the Armadillos will leave it all on the rink as they battle for the ultimate prize and the right to be crowned champions of the D Thursday Division. With the stakes higher than ever and the intensity reaching a boiling point, the stage is set for a clash of titans that will be remembered for weeks to come.

(4)GK vs Capitals(2)

GK surge early in third period to top Capitals

Despite giving up the opening and closing goal of the game, the rest in between belonged to the GK. The Capitals managed to hang in there long enough but eventually realised it was done when M.David and F.Belisle each struck early in the third period for a 4-1 lead. It was clear that the up hill battle from that point on felt unrealistic for the Capitals having to go up against a team can shut anybody down. In his season debut, P-O Girouard did not disappoint forming his brick wall structure stopping close to 20 shots. The win saw four different players cash in with M.David’s third period marker holding up for the winner.

(2)Montreal As vs Black Knights(5)

Y.Derohannessian’s late shorty seals the deal for the Black Knights

Y.Derohannessian couldn’t have picked a better time than to notch a shorthanded goal. Although the Black Knights were in front 3-2, that tally pretty much summed up the game between the two sides with just over three minutes remaining. It was an overall solid performance from the two teams with each side carrying the play. M.Ianovale struck first to get the balling rolling for the Montreal As and didn’t give up their first tally till the four minute mark of the second period. Once the game was tied, J.Gagne took over bagging two in a row to put the Black Knights in the drivers seat. A.Lemay did eventually respond to reduce the gap but it was all for nothing as Derohannessian struck shortly after with a huge blow.

The SalumiVino player of the night goes to Jonathan Gagne of the Black Knights. Big time players know when to show up when the game is on the line. J.Gagne was proof of that once again for the Black Knights collecting back to back tallies after snapping a dead lock 1-1 tie.

La profondeur d'Équipe Canada s'avère trop difficile à surmonter pour l'Équipe Arménienne

(5) Canada c.
