The scorekeeper had his hands full as goals flew in-from every angle, and the final score board read like something out of a high scoring thriller: 11-10 in favour of N.Macri’s squad over the formidable Kraken. But it was N.Macri himself who the stole the show, putting on a master class performance that ultimately decided the outcome. Two of his three goals came late enabling the Bruins to squeeze out a barn burner. The contest had so many twits and turns that left the two goaltenders hanging with limited support. This match up was only about generating chances by cheating which explained why many produced statistically. For the Kraken, A.Amicone led the charge up front bagging a hat trick while R.Beaupre and F.Mastrocola chipped in with a pair. As for the Bruins, while N.Macri perhaps produced clutch goals, R.Santosuosso also riffled a hat trick that included a patient penalty shot marker. While the Kraken fought tooth and nail showcasing their own offensive prowess with ten goals, it was ultimately N.Macri’s night to shine on some late heroics.

M.DaSilva late heroics secures win for the Wild

The game began with the Wild dominating early, seizing a commanding 4-1 lead only 18 minutes into the contest. However, hockey is a game of momentum swings, and the Canadiens refused to go down without a fight. With determination and confidence to battle back, the trailing side got their on four consecutive goals with efforts-from different players. Just when it seemed that the Canadiens were going to ride it out after a convincing stretch, the game took another dramatic turn. First, M.Taha tied things up at four goals a piece, and just when the game appeared to be heading for overtime, M.DaSilva beat the clock by about 40 seconds to regain the lead for good for the Wild. It was a game that showcased the unpredictably of a hockey game with both teams leaving everything on the rink in pursuit of victory.  While the Canadiens showed resilience in their comeback effort, it was ultimately the Wild who emerged triumphant.

Islanders soar past Sabres with G.Sanatacroce’s whopping 6 points

The game kicked off with a bang as G.Santacroce wasted no time putting up some impressive numbers to completing an early hat trick for the Islanders. With his quick hands and pinpoint accuracy, the forward proved to be a thorn in the Sabres side, consistently finding the back of the net and putting his team in the drivers seat. His early onslaught gave the Islanders a crucial advantage and injected a surge of confidence into his teammates. But he wasn’t the only standout player for his club. Supported by stellar playmaking and stout defense, they continued to press their advantage, capitalising on scoring opportunities and maintaining relentless pressure on the Sabres defense. M.Scarpetta went on to score a couple and A.Passarelli was exceptional as well collecting five points. The Sabres did manage to get some of their offense going, but it came at a time that the contest was already put to rest.

By the time the final buzzer sounded, G.Sanatacroce left an indelible mark on the game, finishing with an impressive stat line that reflected his all around impact resulting in three goals and three assists.

Red Wings grounded as Panthers roar to victory

Both teams started with fierce determination with the game remaining extremely close in the first portion of the match. Once the Panthers found their rhythm, there was no looking back as they overwhelmed the Red Wings on a barrage of goals. Their offensive onslaught proved to be to much for the Red Wings to handle, especially with M.Kardum leading the charge up front. The sharpshooter was a constant threat utilising his technique to bury some decent chances that resulted in four goals. The Red Wings were constantly under pressure with the defence repeatedly breached while their goaltender was facing shots-from all angles. While goals were going in their own end, the Red Wings struggled up front as well going through a 20 minutes stretch without figuring out B.Verducci. The goaltender remained unflappable making key saves at crucial moments to keep the Panthers in control of the game.

Whether it was a precision shot or a dazzling display of stickhandling finesse in front of the net, M.Kardum demonstrated his versatility and knack for finding the back of the net with ease earning him the standout player of the game.

Late goals seal narrow win for Kings over Blackhawks

From-the opening draw, it was clear that this would be a fiercely contested battle, with neither team willing to back down. The game always remained close as the two teams battled to pull ahead. With D.Greco posting a fairly late hat trick , the Blackhawks hoped their slight 6-5 lead would stick. Instead, like a soap opera day time TV show, this contest also had its dramatic moments with plenty of twists and turns and unpredictable moments. It took only 30 seconds later for M.Braun to level. If that wasn’t a demoralising tally for the Blackhawks, J.Cerrone spoiled the mood even more by providing the go ahead marker for his second of the night. The Blackhawks had enough time to return the favour with their arsenal of players, but couldn’t penetrate the Kings defense and M.Masicitto, who held firm in the final moments to capture a wild result.

The Allo Mon Coco Ste Dorothee player of the game goes to Johnny Cerrone of the Kings. His contributions were nothing short of spectacular, as he not only scored twice but also provided the game winning goal that propelled the Kings to a thrilling victory.

Flyers outpace Predators in high octane affair

The Flyers soared to an early lead with a commanding 4-0 start against the Predators, setting the tone for a thrilling and fast paced contest. It didn’t take long for the Flyers to fire on all cylinders. Their aggressive offensive strategy caught the Predators off guard, as the Flyers relentless pressure quickly translated into a significant lead. Despite facing an uphill battle, the Predators refused to back down, mounting a spirited comeback effort to chip away at the Flyers lead. J.Bergola using his vision set up four goals while scoring one himself. The Predators also had M.Ciminelli contribute with a pair of tallies and an assist. But the court did favour the Flyers on this particular night with C.Arnoldo doing his thing by bagging a hat trick as part of a five point display. M.Paciencia matched his production with five points as well while M.Destounis had an average game collecting only four points.
