Golden Knights triumph in high scoring affair over the Oilers

For those who are into an abundance of goals, intense plays and nail biting moments, this was a game to follow. The scoring frenzy never stopped as both sides countered with a barrage of goals that kept the benches guessing where it was headed. At one point toward the closing minutes, this contest reached an unprecedented 10-10 tie with the tension in the air palpable. Then, in a dramatic turn of events, B.Panarello of the Golden Knights drew a late penalty, providing a crucial opportunity to break the deadlock. With nerves of steel, Panarello stepped up to take the penalty shot. The crowd held its breath as Panarello skilfully maneuvered the ball, making a dazzling stick handling play before using his precise writs shot to score, securing what was a wild and crazy finish to the game. While that tally couldn’t have come at a better time, the Golden Knights needed all eleven goals to get their in order to capture the win. During the process, M.Dilena had monster night notching four tallies and a helper that also included a timely penalty shot marker.
The Allo Mon Coco Ste Dorothee player of the game goes to Marco DiLena of the Golden Knights. In the midst of a high scoring affair, M.DiLena demonstrated his ability to find the back of the net by doing it four times while creating plays that led to an overall five point performance.
Senators overwhelmed as the Hurricanes strike early and often

The game quickly turned into a nightmare for the Senators as the Hurricanes surged ahead with an astonishing display early on, scoring 6 consecutive goals in the first 13 minutes alone. The Hurricanes wasted no time asserting their dominance ,capitalising on defensive lapses and exploiting openings in the Senators back line. The relentless offensive onslaught left the Senators scrambling to regroup, but the Hurricanes continued to pour on the pressure, leaving the Senators reeling. The scoring clinic was led by many with F.Bchara leading the charge with six points. Next in line saw T.Nardelli and D.Lipinski share five points each while B.Travisano was in the mix with four points. Eventually, the Senators had a few goals of their own to save face, but came no where close to mounting any sort of comeback. It was clear that such a disastrous start killed all hopes of bouncing back. The game served a stark reminder of the challenges the Senators faced defensively, and it highlighted the Hurricanes fire power.
The Allo Mon Coco Ste Dorothee player of the game goes to Mathieu Bouliane of the Hurricanes. Although he would have likely won this game without having to be at his best, the net minder held firm in the first half of the match which enabled his side to play up on massive lead.
Stars shine bright as they pull away-from Blues

It didn’t take long for the Stars to set the stage as they quickly established a lead with a series of well timed goals. The onslaught was orchestrated with brilliant plays that saw L.Cannistraro take charge scoring twice while setting up A.Maraj, who was also heavily involved on the score sheet. The two proved to be a handful for the opposition as they combined for a whopping nine points with Cannistraro bagging a hat trick. At no point were the Blues able to slow things down . The Stars simply played their game maintaining pressure with no signs of letting up. It did help having B.Verducci guard the net however as the net minder felt good stopping enough shots en route to a well earned win. While the Stars have nothing to complain about after a near perfect contest, the Blues on the other hand will need to asses areas of their game after a decisive defeat. Its not like they have players that cant score. Sometimes, teams just have an off night as they’ll look ahead in overcoming a slight road bump.
The Allo Mon Coco Ste Dorothee player of the game goes to Ben Verducci of the Stars. The goaltender showcased composure and agility, turning away enough shots having allowed only two against a formidable opponent.
