Pour certaines personnes impliquées dans le hockey-balle, il n’y avait pas que l’atmosphère des premiers Nationaux de l’ACHB à Saskatoon, SK, à apprécier; des délégués provenant de partout à travers le Canada sont arrivés plus tôt afin de participer à l’AGA de l’ACHB afin de planifier l’année à venir.
Lors des élections de l’AGA, la présidente Shelley Callaghan d’Ontario et la VP-Mineur, Lisa Vendrasco, ont été réélues pour un second mandat. De plus, de nouveaux membres du conseil ont été élus :
VP de l’Ouest – Jason Eapen, Alberta
VP masculin – Rudy Leopp, Manitoba
VP de l’Est – Steve Power, Terre-Neuve
Secrétaire – Sandy Upper, Colombie-Britannique
Ces six personnes rejoindront le trésorier, Jorge Sylvestre de la Colombie-Britannique, la VP féminine, Sara Hayward du Nouveau-Brunswick et le VP international. Tony Iannitto du Québec, afin de compléter le conseil d’administration de l’ACHB composé de 9 membres.
Les personnes suivantes ont quitté le conseil d’administration: Connie Liosis d’Alberta, qui en a fait partie pendant 3 ans, dont un an à titre de VP masculine et deux ans comme VP de l’Ouest, ainsi que Jason Baiani du Nouveau-Brunswick qui a occupé le poste de VP masculin pendant deux ans. Nous les remercions pour leur temps et leur dévouement en tant que membre du C.A..
L’ACHB souhaite aux membres du conseil d’administration de l’ACHB une grande clarté et une vision afin qu’ils fassent grandir le sport dans les jours et mois à venir.
